ABOUT Niki Hampton
Niki Hampton is the president and CEO of Fifth Gear Leadership Consulting, Inc. Niki has an earned Bachelors, degree and an earned MBA, both with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
Niki has garnered a vast array of organizational experience through positions at some of the countries most prestigious organizations; which include Ross Labs, Columbia Gas of Ohio, and most recently at Columbus State Community College in the Engineering Technology Department.
Niki's leadership experience and expertise are also exemplified in the years she has spent building teams, organizing, and providing training and development in the nonprofit arena.
